New scanners to booking visitors as of the 7th February 2021, contractors and deliveries and collections had been implemented at both north and south gates of bishops court to replace the sign in slips.

We are enhancing our Security Once Again.
Soon we will be operating a SCANNING procedure for all Visitors, Suppliers,
Domestics and Contractors.
They will be required to produce ID’s and if entering with a vehicle we will be
scanning the Drivers Licence and Vehicle Licence at both the North and South
entrances.
This will do away with the “Visitors Slips” being used at present.
You will still be contacted to grant permission to the Security Guards to allow these
persons access.
A check will again be applied when the persons exit Bishops Court.
The system is being set up at present and trial runs will be carried out before the
system is fully activated and put into use, which is scheduled for end February.
